Meet Dr. Hall

I was born and raised in Minnesota, but begged my parents to move to Texas in 1969 after watching the Texas Longhorns beat Arkansas and winning the national college football title. They laughed and said “No.” To which I replied, “Well, when I grow up, I’m moving to Texas!”

I completed my course work at the University of Minnesota, and received my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Soon after, I moved to Austin, TX, and started my chiropractic practice in August of 1982.

Choosing Chiropractic as a profession was a no-brainer for me. I had received regular chiropractic care since the age of 3. Not because I was ill, but because my parents had an acute awareness and understanding of preventative “wellness” care. Everyone of us (my parents and their 6 children) received regular chiropractic care to help maintain our health. The idea was to keep the body healthy and strong through proper exercise, sleep, nutrition and a well-functioning musculoskeletal and nervous system. That is where chiropractic care comes into the picture for me.

Since chiropractic care was a major focus in our family for routine health maintenance, it was only natural that when I suffered a disc injury while weightlifting as a teenager in my lower back, my parents brought me to Dr. Arvold, our family chiropractor. He made no promises to me, but as treatment progressed, so did my improvement. In 4 months, I was playing varsity basketball for my high school.

As you can see, my love of chiropractic care stems from my own experience with chiropractic care. It was a natural choice for my profession since chiropractic gives me a chance to help people in a natural, holistic way the way I was helped.

As our television ads say “We invite you to CALL HALL TODAY and see what chiropractic can do for you!”
