Meet Dr. HallDr. Hall

I was born and raised in Minnesota but begged my parents to move to Texas in 1969 after watching the Texas Longhorns beat Arkansas in football and win the national title. They laughed and said “no”, to which I replied, “Well when I grow up, I’m moving to Texas!”

So, after completing my course work at the University of Minnesota and receiving my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri I moved to Austin and started my practice in August of 1982.

Choosing Chiropractic as a profession took little decision making because I had received regular chiropractic care since the age of 3; not because I was ill, but because my parents had an early awareness and understanding of preventative “wellness” care. They and all of their 6 children received regular chiropractic care to help maintain health. The idea being, its not normal to get sick if you keep the body strong through proper exercise, sleep, nutrition and a strong well functioning musculoskeletal and nervous system which is where chiropractic care comes into the picture.

Since chiropractic care was a major focus in our family for maintaining health it was only natural when I suffered a disc injury in my low back while weight lifting as a teenager that my parents brought me to Dr. Arvold, our family chiropractor. He made no promises but as treatment progressed so did my improvement and in 4 months time I was playing varsity basketball for my high school.

So, as you can see, I have experienced first hand the benefits of chiropractic care in my life and it was natural to choose it as a profession since chiropractic gives me a chance to help people in a natural Holistic way. As our television ads say “We invite you to CALL HALL TODAY and see what chiropractic can do for you!”
